You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. You are responsible for activities under your account.
3. Payments and Refunds
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Taxes may apply. Refunds are available per our refund policy described in course pages and the FAQ. For Self-paced courses, refunds are available within 7 days if less than 20% is completed. For Live/Cohort tracks, a full refund is available until 72 hours before the first session.
4. License and IP
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access course content for personal educational use. All materials remain the intellectual property of Meadowsharp Guild and respective authors.
5. Acceptable Use
- Do not infringe others’ rights or violate laws.
- Do not share pirated content or circumvent access controls.
- Do not harass, bully, or discriminate against others.
- Respect classroom safety rules and confidentiality of peer feedback.
6. Disclaimers
Courses are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee publisher acceptance, commercial success, or specific outcomes. We provide guidance and tools to support your progress.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Meadowsharp Guild and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenues.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. You may stop using our services at any time. Certain sections survive termination.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
